If the employer is a foreign citizen, a permit to work in the territory of Mongolia shall be issued by the Labor and Welfare Service Center;
Permission from the Air Forces of the Mongolian Armed Forces in case of need to use a helicopter for production work;
Foreigners arriving in Mongolia for research must obtain permission from the National Employment Service Research Center (formerly the National Employment Center).
