Procedure for granting permissions to state borders and regions
Permission to enter shall be granted to citizens, business entities and organizations based on the provisions of Article 26.2.3, Article 28.9 and Article 30.2.3 of the Law on Borders of Mongolia.
1. Citizens, organizations and business entities requesting permission to enter the border zone and strip shall submit the following documents.
А. CITIZEN:
Request indicating the purpose, time and route of entry to the border area and strip;
List of individuals; / 2 copies of the list if there are many people /
Copies of documents and technical certificates of vehicles;
For foreigners, a copy of the passport with the appropriate category of visa;
Foreigners arriving in Mongolia for research must obtain permission from the National Employment Service Research Center (formerly the National Employment Center).
